Defective Merchandise:
We apologies for you having to experience. In the event, you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. If we are not notified within 3 business days, you will no longer qualify for an exchange. Please include a photo of the damage/defective item , your invoice number and brief description of the issue to natasha@natashastouch.com.
